Our client is a leading Shipmanagement Company with a large and diverse fleet of vessels. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are seeking an Insurance Claims Executive – Marine (P&I) to join their Head Office in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the Insurance Team in Limassol — a vibrant, cosmopolitan coastal city that perfectly combines professional opportunity with an exceptional quality of life.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing P&I and other marine insurance-related claims, ensuring efficient, fair, and timely resolutions. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where expertise, initiative, and integrity are valued and rewarded.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar in-house role, handling marine insurance claims.

• A university degree in Law (LLB), Maritime Studies, or a postgraduate qualification (LLM) specializing in Maritime Law or a related field (considered an advantage).

• A proactive, responsible, and professional attitude.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
