The Integrated Media Specialist plays an active supporting role to the South Asia (SG, MY, India, Middle East) Media and Ecommerce COE team. This role will provide centralised administrative and coordination support relating to media/e-commerce planning and execution according to marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting Integrated Media Manager in media and e-commerce campaigns & daily business needs
• Assist with BMs in SEA with their social media activations, scheduling, and contests
• Digital Asset Requests - to place requests for media assets on internal systems and follow up with regional team
• Ensure campaign readiness – maintain campaign laydown, assets coordination, provide UTM tagged links
• Promotional materials checking & liaison with media agencies

E-commerce
• Coordinate with enabler for administrative tasks - review of e-commerce banners and livestream items
• Prepare assets for external marketing traffic tools (eg. Facebook and Google Ads) for set up with agencies
• Copyright for various marketing platforms –
o In-app social feed, Facebook, Banners
o Content Marketing and Livestream scripts for SG/MY markets
• Track performance on all external marketing tools (Search/AMS, FB CPAS, Google Ads, Barter packages)
• Product sample requests & arrangements

Generic
• Media and E-commerce A&P budget maintenance (tracking & updates)
• PO / PR creation & release
• Tracking of payments with vendors and Finance team
• Assisting with data consolidations for presentations
• Understanding corporate & brand style guides and applying them for campaign executions

Experience required:

Possess at least 2-3 years of media planning or e-commerce marketing and coordination experience either in marketing work environment

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and E-commerce Platform Solutions will be beneficial
• Familiarity with traditional TV and key digital platforms and trends
• Familiarity with SAP will be beneficial
