Job Description
We’re looking for a Integrity and Diversity Officer to join our client HR team, who is one of the largest automotive (premium brands) importer in Romania, with over 20 years of activity in the automotive market.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field;
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR area (recruiting experience is a plus);
- Able to communicate effectively in English;
- Experience already gained in this type of role is not a must have. An ideal profile would be of a junior who wants to evolve in the HR field in the area of compliance.
Personality and leaderchip:
- Integrity role model;
- Ability to work independently and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
- Excellent project organization and management skills;
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time;
What you will be doing:
- Select the measures and implementation tools of the Integrity program;
- Establishes and develops the local program for Integrity topics
- Monitors and reports the fulfilment of the implemented Integrity measures;
- Provides assistance and training for the subject of Integrity;
- Coordinating marketing campaigns for the Integrity and Diversity programs - newsletter, workshops, annual assessment, etc;
- Implements and monitors the progress of the rules of diversity, inclusion, equity and justice;
- Will support the recruitment team - administrative tasks related to the recruitment process (during the time not covered by the essential tasks as I&D Officer).
Report directly to a Human Resources Manager
