Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field;
• 1-3 years’ experience in HR area (recruiting experience is a plus);
• Able to communicate effectively in English;
• Experience already gained in this type of role is not a must have. An ideal profile would be of a junior who wants to evolve in the HR field in the area of ​​compliance.

What you will be doing: 

• Select the measures and implementation tools of the Integrity program;
• Establishes and develops the local program for Integrity topics
• Monitors and reports the fulfilment of the implemented Integrity measures;
• Provides assistance and training for the subject of Integrity;
• Coordinating marketing campaigns for the Integrity and Diversity programs - newsletter, workshops, annual assessment, etc;
• Implements and monitors the progress of the rules of diversity, inclusion, equity and justice;
• Will support the recruitment team - administrative tasks related to the recruitment process (during the time not covered by the essential tasks as I&D Officer).
