Intellectual Property IP lawyer Seeds Business (SPAIN)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring of IP Protection (Seeds);
• Supporting contracting processes and collaboration with local and foreign companies;
• Registration of legal entities;
• Elaboration and introduction of amendments and additions into constitutional documents of the company, registration of such amendments; execution of resolutions of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of shareholders;

Interaction with local registration and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in international contracts drafting and management;
• Excellent knowledge of IP protection instruments;
• Fluency in English - spoken and written, Spanish – native;
• Knowledge of Serbo-Croatian, Turkish or Russian – at least one of those will be a plus.
