Recruiting Unit: Creative Interior Department - Styling Institute - FAW Group (for Hongqi Brand)

Report to: Head of Styling Institute, Design VP

Responsibilities:

▪ Based on the company's strategy and combined with design trend analysis, develop an overall design strategy for the Hongqi interior ;
▪ After the overall design strategy document is determined, interpret it to all members of the interior creative department to help them understand the strategy;
▪ Control the overall design direction of interior to ensure compliance with design strategies;
▪ Quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level;
▪ In the feasible stage of the design scheme engineering, when encountering significant contradictions between the design and the engineering feasibility, constructive suggestions are proposed to guide the optimization of the scheme;
▪ Assist the interior creative design superiors in other tasks.

Required qualifications:

▪ Bachelor's degree or above;
▪ Have at least 12 years of experience in the development and related design of vehicle interior styling;
▪ Having rich forward-looking concepts of international first-class brands and experience in mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system;
▪ Excellent creative design ability, excellent design quality, and product quality control ability;
▪ Excellent design and technical problem-solving skills;
▪ Excellent ability in product design strategy planning;
