Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an Interior Design Director.

Location: Baoding, China

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for formulating the interior styling development strategy of all models. 

▪ Responsible for leading the company's interior design under the company's overall strategy, and controlling the development direction of the model.

▪ Responsible for the research on the gene expansion and design iteration of the interior styling family. 

▪ Responsible for assisting the chief of modeling to build a modeling development system and development process.

▪ Responsible for improving the maturity of the interior design, and comprehensively improving the quality, detail and sophistication of the design.

▪ Responsible for cultivating the interior styling team.

Work requirements:

▪ Served as a lead interior designer in the styling business of a world-class car company (or the chief interior designer of a well-known car styling design company for more than 2 years). Relevant positions of the company's styling center in Europe and the United States.

▪ More than 15 years of experience in car styling development, at least 2 famous models' interior design experience, able to guide the whole process of modeling.

▪ With excellent strategic management ability, team leadership ability, modeling trend analysis ability, can integrate with the current team, can personally complete the creative integration and adjustment, and guide the team to complete the modeling creativity and whole-process guidance.

▪ Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate in English.
