Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an Interior Design Expert.

Responsibilities:

▪ Formulation of technical route: Under the overall planning of the Brand, complete the design direction and scheme design of the automotive interior design, and guide the modeling design of the brand project work.

▪ Development of interior styling design for brand projects: guide relevant responsible persons to complete the definition of interior styling design work for brand projects, check the design direction, and the quality of design solutions.

▪ Design plan review: check the direction of the interior design effect in the early stage, and review the compliance of the design plan with the brand design concept.

▪ Appraisal report of the modeling design scheme: According to the modeling design process, submit the quality review of the deliverables for review at each level, and report to the decisionmaker.

▪ Standard specification system planning and construction: responsible for organizing the department standardization system construction, and preparing annual plans for technical standards, design specifications, and design guidelines.

▪ Departmental internal professional course planning: Classify and arrange personnel in the department, select relevant professional courses, and formulate study and training plans. Help young engineers improve their capabilities.

▪ Technical support in the design execution process: guide and complete the technical support in the design execution process of CAS, oil sludge model, etc.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor degree or above.

▪ Automobile, machinery, electronics and automation and other related majors.

▪ More than 10 years of experience in the development of automobile styling; more than 4 projects in the development of complete vehicle projects, and at least play a leading role in 2 projects.

▪ Professional ability: excellent two-dimensional and three-dimensional design ability, familiar with the automobile design and development process, proficient in the application of Photoshop, ALIAS and other design software.

▪ Have good English expression skills and teamwork spirit.

▪ Experience in international team work is preferred.
