Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an Interior Design Expert, located in Hangzhou Bay, China.

Location: Hangzhou Bay

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

Along with vehicle engineering team, will develop, release and launch interior components which are aligned with program products profile with responsibilities that include:

▪ Develop and execute interior system requirements for all interior commodities.

▪ Achieve customer-driven interior system targets for luxury, function, cost and weight.

▪ Participate in the iterative process with design/styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs. function vs. cost. Support in design optimization with the appropriate analytical and physical assessments.

▪ Implement processes and quality to achieve world class execution of automotive interior craftsmanship and fit & finish.

▪ Brainstorm innovation and implete in cars.

▪ Develop HWS interior capabilities of luxury car.
