Internal Account Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Internal Account Manager with proven experience in the packaging industry and strong skills in customer relationship management and sales process coordination. The role involves both developing existing business and identifying growth opportunities within the packaging, logistics, and industrial equipment segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers by understanding their specific needs and identifying suitable solutions;
- Coordinate the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, offer preparation, order processing, and delivery coordination;
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to develop and implement sales strategies for your region;
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value;
- Handle contract negotiations and renewals in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and challenges, escalating issues when necessary;
- Monitor market trends, competition, and technological developments to support strategic decisions;
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback;
- Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned region.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical industry;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, with specific exposure to the packaging industry or packaging solutions;
- Proven experience in understanding technical packaging solutions and discussing them with decision-makers;
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or Polish is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
