Internal Account Manager
Location: Jucu

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.
- Manage the sales process end-to-end: follow up on leads, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to develop and implement sales strategies for your region.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
- Handle contract negotiations and renewals in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards in customer interactions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned region.
You should have
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the logistics, packaging, or industrial equipment/components sector.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or Polish is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work proactively, stay well-organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A customer-first attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a commercial mindset and experience in international environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
