We hire an internal audit division for our Client - an energy producer that is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.  The most urgent vacancy is: Internal Audit Manager.

As a new role to be internalized in this ambitious, highly growing company, the internal audit manager – IAM will build and support the auditing team on a variety of internal audits, including financial, operational, and management review.

The IAM will:

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational processes.
• Identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the internal controls.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Report to the shareholders and closely advice to the board of management, this person has a pivotal role into the heart of the strategic business growth.

KEY Requirements:

• CAFR member
• Min. 7 years of similar exposure preferably in energy sector, or within other major industries
• Team management experience
• Excellent, proven operational improvement contribution
• Able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the audit plan that he/she implemented  
• Previous finance controlling/ management background - a huge plus
• Highly ethical and references checkable
