Responsibilities

• Conducts internal audits and control checks, generates and analyzes final reports, monitors the implementation of recommendations;
• Carries out an analysis of internal control systems and the effectiveness of building business processes for compliance with internal standards, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring the adequacy of management and accounting records, the safety of assets, and achieving the company's goals;
• Provides recommendations for optimizing business processes;
• Interacts with the divisions of the Company on issues related to the conduct of internal audit;
• Advise the Company's employees on issues of risk management, control, corporate governance; employees of control departments - on the methodology of conducting audits and other control activities (in accordance with international professional standards for internal audit);
• Participates in building a risk management system in the company (development of policies, procedures, methods, risk maps);
• Interacts with employees of other functional control units of the Company in the process of joint events;
• Ensures timely provision to the Financial Director of information on the identified deficiencies in the risk management, control and corporate governance systems, as well as recommendations for improving existing systems;
• Informs the Financial Director about the results and quality of implementation of measures developed by management based on the results of the audits;

Qualifications

• Higher education in Finance
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Analytical skills, communication skills, computer literacy - advanced user of MS Office, Internet. Knowledge of professional internal audit standards.
• Knowledge of international professional standards for internal audit
• Possession of methods for conducting control measures
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate
