Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
   • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Development:

   • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
   • Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop a deep understanding of our electro-mechanical services and products.
   • Effectively communicate technical details to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

4. Quotation and Proposal Creation:

   • Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals.
   • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals meet client specifications.

5. Sales Reporting:

   • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
   • Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electro-mechanical services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical background or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
