Our Client is a global leading manufacturer of water pumping solutions.

For their growing operations in Athens, Greece, they are looking for an ’Internal Senior Sales Engineer’, reporting to Operations Manager.
 

Your Responsibilities:

Your focus will be on Commercial Building Services (CBS) projects, your primary responsibility is to answer customer queries, provide high technical support, create quotations, and follow up on customer orders. Furthermore, you will submit data sheets for projects, bid material, and improve/maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential new customers. You will play an active role in ensuring knowledge sharing within the team and take responsibility for your competence development. On the job, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the company is perceived as highly customer-centric, strengthening the Company’s culture. In addition, you may perform ad-hoc customer/project visits as and when required.

Your Profile:
 

• Strong academic background in Engineering (mechanical or electrical).
• Extensive experience within customer service or sales – preferably within a multinational company.
• Demonstrated experience with tenders and quotations.
• Strong English skills.
• SAP experience will be considered an asset.
