About Role: 

• Responsible for Analytics Portfolio that drives brand performance and operational execution across international, regions and affiliates as well as sub-national execution (all franchises)
• Drives strong alignment of Analytics Portfolio with evolving KPIs framework, strategic initiatives and brand portfolio
• Proactively identifies and designs analytical solutions to support international strategy, in strong collaboration with brand teams and functional leads.
• Leads development of new dashboards by designing, prototyping, deploying and testing of analytical solutions. When applicable, partners with Business Technology Solutions team (BTS) and Data Operations lead to implement data products at scale
• Leads co-creation process by including relevant partners from Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness, Medical Education, Finance, Market Research as well as Regions and Top 7 Affiliates
• Oversees active analytics portfolio, performs ongoing quality control and managing escalated problems to resolution.
• Partners with Advanced Analytics Lead and BTS to develop solutions infused with ML learning algorithms
