Our Client is an industrial manufacturer,
for the expansion of the Customer Care team we are looking for a
International Customer Care Coordinator
The role:
Customer Care is contributing to the success of the team and is responsible for processing orders, managing and driving sales forecast, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and experience providing problem solution, digitalized customer relationship and monitoring level of service. Focus will be on Construction and Consumer segments, developing market knowledge and customer intimacy. To ensure all customer needs are met communication and coordination with sales, manufacturing and supply chain across international sites is paramount.
Main Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and ensure requests are processed quickly and effectively, developing and maintaining good relationships
- Work with supply chain department to monitor production capacity and define delivery times for orders
- Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in SAP
- Generate order confirmation
- Checking order status and updating customers proactively
- Generate and send quotations and their follow-up
- Process and follow up on sample requests
- Open and follow up on customer’s complaints until final resolution liaising with quality department, making sure we are responding in due course
- Provide support to the Inside and external commercial team, preparing quotes, prices, CRM support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ Customer service experience, ideally in the manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communicator – fluent Italian and English (verbal and written).
- Flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
- Absolute customer focus.
- Able to take on several tasks and self-manage through completion
- Ability to approach problems in a methodical and rigorous manner
- Good knowledge of Ms Office, SAP or similar, CRM or similar
