Our Client is an industrial manufacturer, for the expansion of the sales team we are looking for an International Inside Sales B2B
The role:
The primary responsibility is to deliver the Industrial distribution pipeline in Europe and ROW delivering revenue growth and increased profitability via Specialist distribution and OEM channels.
Main Duties:
• Strong focus on Core Customers, Adjacency Opportunities and New Business development
• Sell current accounts, prospect and close new business.
• Research new Markets, Customers and Opportunities.
• Set up Business plan per customer expanding sales and market share.
• Build and explore pipeline customers and develop sales plan.
• Prepare and present compelling customer proposals.
• Provide feedback within the Business Unit on emerging market trends as represented by customers.
• Overall forecast accuracy
Requirements:
• Good knowledge for technical and commodity consumable products through specialist distribution network
• 5 years’ sales experience
• Performance orientated with strong commercial acumen
• Hunter Mentality
• Excellent presentation skills
• Native Level Italian and Fluent English
• Spanish Language skills a very big plus
• CRM Experience (Customer Relationship Management)
• SAP or similar platform experience
