Scope of this role
We look for a full time /part time independent business development consultant (am ambitious candidate who wants to slowly get integrated into our team).
Essential Role Functions
- Generate and drive new business on executive search, especially in Europe and Africa
- Help on growing niche recruitment on high growing sectors and disciplines
- Grow new consulting services portfolio
- Manage leads and provide a superior high end customer experience
- Develop executive management relationships across the region
- Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting new businesses of all sizes
- Generate better value on pipeline for existing projects
- Contact customers to determine their needs, educate them on our full array of solutions, and close the deal
- Identify, target, and establish new accounts through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and other means
- Develop a business plan to meet or exceed sales, marketing and work across all Antal offices to grow the international sharing business
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Exceptional new business generation and leadership skills to identify and influence decision makers on the value of Antal offerings
- Existing relationships with C level management, global decision makers and /or ability to make them
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving, decision making, listening, and creative thinking capabilities
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage proposal responses and negotiate contracts
- Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent presentation, organization, verbal, and written communication
- Converse fluently at all levels within an organization (from Junior to C-level)
- High work and business ethics
- Previous experience with solution and consultative selling is a must have
Location: 100% remote and travel: if needed
Antal will provide you suitable coaching and support and a variable + Fixed Compensation - TBD, according to the candidate experience, time allocation and results.
By helping the local organisations of Antal Romania (and indirectly the growing of the network) this person has the possibility to become local CEO and to get stock options.
