They are seeking an 'Investment Associate' with a background in financial services, such as M&A, corporate finance, transactions, or management consulting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments and support the overall investment thesis

• Conduct market and business analysis to inform investment committee materials

• Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process for target companies

• Perform high-level industry research to identify and assess new deal opportunities

• Support the ongoing financial review of portfolio companies, contributing to performance monitoring and value creation initiatives

Your Profile:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

• Advanced financial modelling skills and strong technical acumen

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proven track record of strong academic performance

• Fluency in both English and Greek is required
