Job Description
My client is seeking an Invoice Coordinator who will support in the investigation of customer invoice queries through to resolutions
Key Responsibilities
- Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
- Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons
- Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations or team requirements as workload dictates.
- To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
- Any adhoc duties as required
