My client is a Spanish rising start up in the financial sector, which creates access to a hub of financial services. They look forward to providing the best technology to the financial community. They develop is a community fintech with the technological challenges of a digital financial institution plus the ones of a private social network. Their strength is their community. They have created a completely new model, and now is their time to grow, expand the company and face new challenges.

THE ROLE

As a Senior iOS Developer, you will be joining their mobile development team which are the key to the development of Android and iOS customer apps. The key of the team is to encompassing both backend and frontend. Their team is an agile, cross-functional team, with a clear and well-defined scope, which requires Backend, Android and iOS engineers to collaborate in the definition and implementation of their product. The team is given a high important role because they think is the key to having a profitable and sustainable business.

You will be working on their core product (the costumers’ interface), constantly improving the usability of our application. You will be part of a cross-functional team working closely with backend engineers. You will have to develop software using modern engineering approaches and agile principles.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years writing code.
• Strong Swift skills
• Deep knowledge of iOS SDKU
• Reactive programming (ReactiveKit, ReactiveCocoa, etc).
• Deep knownledge of AutoLayout and ability to create UI from codeSecurity first mindset.
• Experience working with sensitive data on the client
• Object-oriented programming and software architecture
• MVVM arquitecture.
• Unit test code writing ability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer Science or similar degree.
• Fluent English
• Passion and curiosity to know the insights of the fintech sector.
