Key Responsibilities :

1. Procure IT equipment & services – hardware, software licenses, and vendor-based IT services.

2. Manage vendor relationships – negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely delivery.

3. Track inventory – maintain accurate records and forecast future IT procurement needs.

4. Control costs & budgeting – ensure purchases align with budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

5. Ensure compliance – maintain documentation and support audits related to IT procurement.

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Experience in IT procurement or purchasing roles with vendor exposure.

3. Knowledge of IT products – hardware, software, and industry trends.

4. Strong negotiation & vendor management with ERP/procurement tools experience.

5. Excellent communication & organizational skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
