Formulate and implement IT strategic plan which will add value to business in generating more revenue and reduce cost. 

·      Prepare, track and control cost effective AOP (Annual Operating plan) and Capex budget for IT. 

·      Manage complete IT operations, IT Service Management, SAP S4 Hana modules across all plants and field. 

·      Provide effective solutions for issues raised by users. 

·      Establish and maintain a strong, safe, and secure IT infrastructure which includes information security, data security and network security. 

·      Create, Evaluate, and Implement IT policies, processes, and procedures. 

·      Effectively maintain all the hardware and software (including AMCs, etc) 

·      IT Audits and compliances. 

·      IT Asset Management. 

·      IT Infrastructure management, data backup and support. 

·      IT systems & business application Management and support. 

·      External vendor management for procurement and maintenance of hardware, software, and adequate/appropriate licenses.
