Our client based in Hounslow are looking for a full time IT & Facilities Manager. Hybrid working. Working Monday - Friday 8.30 to 5.15. Supporting 80 users office and remote. Reporting to Germany. Great bonus scheme. 25days holiday. #
Job Responsibilities and Major Activities:
- Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
- Ensure all IT safety standards are complied with in consultation with HQ:
- Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to.
- Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
- Providing secure access to the network for remote users.
- Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness:
- Ensuring correct ICT equipment levels for end-users.
- Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
- Researching and installing new systems.
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
- Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
- Providing users with appropriate support and advice. This involves first and second line support.
- This is relevant for all tasks which cannot be solved by helpdesk/service desk or have to be solved on site.
- Management and review of UK organisation mobile telephone contract and services.
Systems Champion:
- To provide Independent CRM user support and training as requested.
- Develop and lead the internal systems training programme in conjunction with HR (Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc).
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Ensure all new users are supplied with the necessary ICT equipment in order to fulfill their duties.
- Ensure all new users are fully trained in the relevant functionalities to undertake their roles.
- Management, distribution and supervision of incoming project and service request from users.
- To act as the conduit between the UK Organisation and GROHE AG IT function. This position is characterised by a strong connection between the UK organisation and GROHE AG, internal and external functions and service providers.
To undertake any other duties, which may be reasonably assigned from time to time
