Recruitment Consultant – IT & Technology | Antal International | Milan & Bologna, Italy

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating in more than 35 countries. We support organisations worldwide in sourcing highly skilled IT and technology professionals.

We are expanding our IT & Technology practice in Milan and Bologna and we are looking for experienced or high-potential Recruitment Consultants to grow this specialist area.

You will partner with technology-driven organisations and recruit across areas such as software development, data & analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure and digital transformation.

Your role will include:

• Developing and managing client relationships within the IT & Technology market
• Sourcing, engaging and assessing IT professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Building and positioning your own specialist technology niche within the Milan and Bologna market

What we are looking for:

• Experience in IT recruitment or a background in technology, digital or software environments
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
• Excellent communication and market-mapping skills
• A consultative, solutions-focused approach
