Location : Delhi

Qualification : Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience : 7 - 10 Years

• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of specific applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT teams, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.
• Define and execute the application roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational goals and technology advancements.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the applications, adhering to industry and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technologies and application management, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements, while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Lead training sessions for  staff to ensure optimal utilization of the applications and enhance overall productivity.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage vendor relationships, service level agreements, and contract negotiations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring business continuity in case of system failures or emergencies.
