Responsibilities
 

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards to measure delivery across all our accounts
• Bring top-notch consulting or relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions
• Excels in monitoring overall functioning of processes, evaluating improvement areas & driving improvement strategies for ensuring maximum operational efficiency
• Supervising organization’s operation and delivery through coordination and directing activities which are consistent with established policies, goals and objectives. Working with wide variety of departments in the organisation
• Responsible for conducting timely audits in conjunction with the internal auditing team
• Work closely and collaboratively with teams to Communicate analysis, recommendations, and thorough understanding of the implemented business logics
• Define and manage critical path activities and anticipate bottlenecks that may impede the completion of milestones
• Identify deviations from approved plans and manage resolution including escalation through defined governance forums
• Coordinate with Business teams and development teams for various Sprints and tracking
• Drive SIT and UAT cycles

Experience & Qualification
 

• 6+ years of professional experience in Delivery Management in engineering
• 4+ years of experience in conducting UAT
• Solid functional understanding and hands-on experience in SDLC and web technologies
• Should have delivered complex projects
• Should be well verse with Agile methodology
• Experience in managing UAT cycles and test plans
• Understanding of ECOM technology stack and various journeys
• Logical mind-set with ability to undertake detailed Root Cause Analysis
• Ability to recommend solutions within rules & constraints
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people
• Good at managing multiple tasks and projects
• Keen customer centric approach with skill in addressing business team’s needs and problems
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports
