You wil work within the IT Department in a dedicated Omnichannel Team with the following responsibilities: 

• Manage all aspects of omnichannel projects to ensure key strategic objectives
• Ownership of full project life cycles for multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Coordinate the effort of different departments in all the project lifecycle (requirement collection, solution definition and e2e delivery)
• Set and manage day-to-day activities and deliverables with team members, internal stakeholders and vendors
• Prepare estimates and project plans for all stakeholder levels
• Monitor, track and facilitate outcomes to mitigate risks, resolve issues, conflicts and dependencies, and drive critical path deliverables
• Accurately report on progress, priorities, quality, KPIs and success criteria

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in managing IT digital and / or ecommerce initiatives ideally within the retail sector
• Background in IT Consulting companies or from within the retail sector
• Proven track record to lead and work creatively in a fast-paced and problem-solving environment
• Curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a results-driven, dynamic and tenacious approach
• Team-worker with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a omnichannel environment with complex integrated brick and mortar and digital initiatives 
• Previous experience on CRM, Marketing automation, Store management, eCommerce and Order management platforms is a plus 
• Fluent in English and Italian
