Scope

This role is responsible for all tasks referring to the R&D environment like applications, endpoints, server.
The incumbent is responsible for the analysis, the design, the implementation, the operation, and the special support of the local and international R&D environment. He / She provides user support for hardware and software maintenance, application, training, and consulting. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access of users to the IT Infrastructure, IS Applications and IS/IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting / Support

• System
  Consult, review and analyze business requirements.

  Consult business partner in process design and fulfillment

  Consult end user to handle the systems according to IT prospective
• Help desk (assigned Queues)
  Coordinate, prioritize, assign, and escalate issues

Operation

• Install, configure, and maintain various R&D systems, components, and applications.
• Designs, implements, tests and documents solutions.
• Monitor the R&D systems and all related components.
• Coordinates with application provider, business, and global IT Team.

Innovation

• Analyze actual and new technologies
• Consult business partner according to new technologies
• Reviews and coordinate development requirements with business partner and IT R&D Team.

Documentation and Training

• Provide Training to business partner and end users
