The IT Head should have a natural flair to ensure things keep running, from router to mouse, from EPABX to TV. He is the person responsible for 99.9% uptime of all devices and services in all our centers.
KRA
• Plan, Execute and Ensure security along with 99.99% uptime for all Devices(servers, firewalls, UTM, Switches, IOT etc) and Services(Printing, VC, Internet, AC, Call Centre etc) in our centers
• Create, Manage, Monitor and Guide IT Team to ensure everybody fulfils his/her KRA.
• Responsible for IT Purchase at exceptionally competitive prices(with effective after sales service) and ensure we reduce cost per unit with scale
• Strategies and Ensure Security, Backups and Disaster Recovery as per policy
• Will actively follow new trends in the Industry and suggest how the same can benefit the organization.
• Responsible for the entire IT stock, its maintenance, allocation, insurance, and accounting
• Will ensure response to clients and center management as per SLA and will maintain high satisfaction index levels of internal and external clients.
• Will create and maintain relations with Vendors and Service Providers and will be responsible to ensure they perform as per set SLA.
• Will be ensuring online Realtime reporting of all services along with preparing and submitting periodic reports to stakeholders.
Primary Requirements
• Should have min 4 years’ experience running multiple business centers in parallel, in the capacity of Head IT or equivalent.
• Able to Recruit, Train and Handle Team of Managers and Engineers and perform activities, encompassing planning, scope definition, estimation, resource administration, execution, process management and compliance with quality standards, ensuring project delivery within time, cost, and quality specifications.
• Expertise in Networking, Systems Management, Infrastructure Delivery and Management
• Enable effective team environment, building strong relationships, solving issues, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively at all levels
• Be able to hear issues and ensure a happy experience for internal and external clients
• Expertise in planning and implementation of firewalls/routers/Wi-Fi/switch/EPABX/CCTV/Door Access/Servers/AD/DS/LDAP/along with Web (http, SSL, etc.), Mail (send mail, etc.), DNS, NFS, NIS/NIS+ etc designing, deploying, and maintaining bare metal provisioning and multiple server installation (Kickstart)
• Experience and Knowledge of best practices in planning, design, and management of Infra and IOT.
• Good to have Knowledge of Private Cloud / Hybrid Cloud architectures and building blocks of an Enterprise Cloud Architectures.
• Hands on experience in setting up systems, routers, firewalls, installing software’s, managing user rights etc.
• Expertise in security solutions, policy management, user rights management etc.
• Expertise in IT capacity sizing and optimum costing to drive optimized solution architecture, leading to optimal infra investment vs performance and scale.
• Expertise in developing competencies and references through proof-of-concepts.
• Strong Networking fundamental and concepts.
• Knowledge of Network Security & Compliance
• Disaster Recovery
• LDAP, Identity and Access Management, application security
• Software Upgrading, patching etc.
• Good to have Knowledge of Vagrant
• Knowledge of Google Apps
