In order to support our Client Logistics Control division in west of Romania, we are looking for a candidate who can meet the challenges of the automotive international market with enough good knowledge, openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Level 1 support for the users of the company supply net, MES, SAP S4/HANA, ASM and applications at the site
• Able to forwarding accurately and efficiently the topics to Level 2 Support if problems cannot be solved independently;
• Supports the end users in functional and system-related questions, supports the pre-classification/pre-prioritization of problems;
• Daily monitoring of the systems functionalities (e.g. for incorrect data transmissions) and, if necessary, escalation to the operational departments at the site or to the Central process competence department;
• First point of contact in the plant for required system adaptations in the local and global support environment;
• Actively performs tests including feedback and identification of operational improvement potential;
• Master data administration for selected data objects and active information of the site organization for new or changed local and global functions.

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in IT field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector (IT system application support);
• Good knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel and experience in using SAP (S4/HANA - EWM is an advantage) and of the logistics control systems;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must;
• Communication, skills to work in a cross functional teams, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
