The IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the property.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge in PMS, POS, Material Management, Financial, and HRMS software. Knowledge of Wishnet, Touche, WebProl'IFIC and WebPay Matrix will be advantageous.
- Hotel network management involves maintaining the network's quality of service and managing the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) the hotel uses.
- Financial budgeting, provisioning for CAPEX and OPEX, and anticipating management's future and operational needs.
- HP Server management and configuration – Windows OS.
- Firewall Fortinet management.
- ANTlabs HSIA gateway and interface server management.
- Knowledge of Zyxel network controller.
- Knowledge of Veritas Backup Exec software and management.
- NAS storage management.
- IPTV configuration and TV channel management.
- CCTV configuration and maintenance.
- Hafele door lock management and maintenance.
- Audio and Video setups, configuration, event setting and maintenance.
- Wi-Fi assistance for guests.
- Client computer/laptop management.
- Printer configuration and maintenance.
It is essential to coordinate the team's daily tasks, ensure the completion of all assignments, and provide necessary training to team members.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology field.
- Experience with Hospitality-related applications and systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of IT experience in the hospitality field.
