Job Description:

• Managing the current IT systems, software with available team, IT Policy & trouble shoot
• Experience of installing new ERP system in the company will have an added advantage
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures for Hardware & software requirements.
• Acts as the IT Department Information Security Officer, performing risk assessments, compliance testing and implementing security tools and processes for all systems.
• Provide innovative ideas in building strong IT infrastructure
• Service ticket management
• Developing various tools and ERP with smooth implementation for People Management, Stores/Inventory management, Customer relationship Management tools, Supplier relationship management etc.
• Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Well versed with new software installations, new IT developments time to time
• Knowledge of Server Installation, backup and recovery
• Resolution of all software, hardware, network issues
• Support in generating automated Management Information system reports

Skillsets & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology
• Relevant work experience of 10-15 years out of which 3-5years as IT Manager/Head, work experience in Multinational manufacturing company will be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Demonstrated achievement in installations of ERP, IMS, QA/HR Software's etc
• Able to deal with deadlines, Customer Centric & never give-up attitude
• Good communicator with multicultural vision, undisputed business ethics loyalty towards company
