• Possession of a graduate degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Digital Technology, or Software Development.
• Extensive experience of at least 5 years in the field of digital technology.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects and initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing and overseeing complex programs.
• Exceptional ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and hierarchical levels.
• Strong aptitude for establishing productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.
• In-depth understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in computer skills and project management systems such as Jira/Confluence.

Key Goals and Objectives:

• Lead and oversee the development team in implementing digital tools on the e-commerce platform, as well as other digital products and services, in alignment with the Company's global design and user interface standards. This involves solution development, localization, deployment, and continuous functional enhancement.
• Execute planned initiatives through effective digital product management, including enhancements and decommissioning, based on data analysis, research, distributor/client feedback, trends, and digital innovation.
• Manage interactions with vendors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations & Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to successfully implement new initiatives and manage existing digital solutions. Identify user needs and propose technological solutions from the portfolio to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Continuously analyze distributor and customer feedback to establish partnerships and make prompt corrective decisions, if necessary, regarding the product.
• Regularly interact with business customers of the product to identify and monitor the fulfillment of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and ROI. Adjust the tool's development plan accordingly.
• Promote the use of Agile methodology in project work within the organization for rapid design and development of digital products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide complete oversight of assigned tools and activities, actively participating in project prioritization and planning with IT teams, content management team, UX/UI team, and vendors. Effectively manage project risks.
• Prepare regular reports on initiative and project performance, providing analytical insights and recommendations to enhance product KPI metrics."
