Minimum Qualifications/education

· Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering or a related field

· Master’s degree in the same field is preferred

· PMP Certification is a plus

Minimum Experience

· 8+ years of experience in IT and related field

· 5+ years’ experience in Management and strategic planning

· Preferably 2+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry

· Expert in managing projects teams and expectations

· Proficient in creating and managing project budgets

· Self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, perform effectively

and provide accurate results

· Strong understanding of retail business

· Strong leadership and people management capabilities with proven ability to develop strategic

relationships with senior leadership stakeholders

· Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in converting technical messages into clear

messages that outline why change is needed that appeals to key business personas

· Strong ability to articulate the big picture with or without details and work in ambiguous situations

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, leadership, and design thinking skills

· Strong English language skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing) with exceptional business writing, Arabic

is a plus
