About the Role:

We're hiring a Product Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact products in the capital

markets domain, including back office, front office, mobile, thick client, and web platforms. You will

manage cross-functional teams, align product releases with business timelines, and ensure

high-quality, timely delivery across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery:

- Drive end-to-end delivery of trading and broking applications.

- Plan and manage capacity, effort estimates, and Gantt-based delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with product owners and engineering teams to align timelines with business goals.

- Handle priority changes, manage dependencies, and re-sequence deliverables when needed.

Agile Execution & Tracking:

- Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retros.

- Track sprint progress using burndown/burnup charts, velocity, and custom JIRA dashboards.

- Maintain delivery health with transparent tracking of epics, stories, bugs, and technical debt.

Multi-Environment Oversight:

- Ensure visibility and coordination across Dev, UAT, and Prod environments.

- Work with QA, DevOps, and Infra teams to manage deployments and environment readiness.

Incident & Metrics Reporting:

- Track operational metrics like MTTF, MTTR, ageing, and post-release incidents.

- Coordinate RCA processes and report resolution trends to stakeholders.

Project Governance & Documentation:

- Maintain key artifacts: Project Plan, Risk Register, Decision Log, Change Log.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

- Implement structured communication plans for daily team updates, weekly stakeholder briefs, and

monthly leadership decks.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of total experience, with 4+ years in capital markets or stock broking domain.

- Solid understanding of front office trading systems, RMS/OMS, and back office workflows.

- Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and tools like MS Project or ClickUp.

- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, project tracking, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.

- Excellent communication and escalation handling skills.
