Responsibilities:-

• Formulate and define project scope and objectives based on both team member needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Identify resources needed and works with technology leaders to assign team members.
• Analyze business and user needs then document requirements.
• Set and manage sponsor expectations
• Manage basic project phases, coordinate and drive communication, facilitate decisions, and follow through on the execution of projects.
• Facilitate regular project team meetings with technical resources, stakeholders, and sponsor
• Maintain a solid understanding of the PM Methodology.
• Keep business units/stakeholders informed of progress and changes through written or verbal communication and minimize our exposure of risks on a project.
• Effectively apply our project management methodology and project standards as well as help develop best practices and tools for project execution.
• Maintain Costs vs. Actuals and develop project budgets, timeline and scope per requirements.
• Able to travel as necessary for projects (internationally for global projects). Although there is no set amount of travel, expectations should be less than 5% of time.

• Knowledge of Global Project Management and communication.
• SAP implementation, IT Infrastructure, and Application Development experience preferred

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent), and  9 plus  years work experience in an IT environment.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of PMI Methodology and PMBOK required.
• Project Management certification preferred but not required.
