As an IT Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.

• Coordinating multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and effective task follow-up.

• Working closely with internal and external teams (vendors, technology partners).

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

• Preparing documentation, executive reports, and presentations for different levels of the organization.

• Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing and implementing mitigation actions.

• Providing periodic project status reports and keeping all parties informed.

• Supporting transition, deployment, and go-live phases to ensure successful implementation.

Experience & Requirements

We are looking for a profile with:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the technology field.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects.

• Solid knowledge of corporate IT environments (CRM, ERP/SAP, infrastructure, integrations, etc.).

• Strong ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams (internal and external).

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project/ticketing systems.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Languages: High level of English and Spanish (both required).
