Job Description
Is there a secret to solve the high demand low supply IT talent market? Is it possible to put the “fun” back to recruitment? We know it would be hard to chase/source developers, but our aim is to find the balance, so we invest in recruitment.
Tasks:
- Cooperate with colleagues on different locations within Antal International Network;
- Source and recruit high-quality technical candidates, mostly developers;
- Manage candidates across all stages of the recruitment process;
- Implement candidates-generation strategies using relevant recruiting tools;
- Proactively build candidates’ pipeline through a network of potential candidates;
- Be a strategic talent advisor for a local management team.
Requirements:
- Good English language skills;
- Ability to proactively do all recruitment related actions and take on responsibility;
- At least 2+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry;
- Good understanding of the CEE IT market;
- A clear understanding of main IT technologies: Java, Front End, DevOps .NET, Testing etc;
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search;
- Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding;
- Good at problem-solving and in planning and pipeline management;
