Responsibilities
As an IT recruiter, you will need to:
- Ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process starting with supply, telephone screening, HR interview, maintaining communication with the candidate and facilitating interviews with Antal client, mediating the debrief session at the end of the interview process towards a final client decision;
- Attract potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Identify potential candidates through procurement, using social media channels, job sites and various social media tools;
- Select potential candidates based on the candidate's profile and job requirements;
- Contact candidates and conduct prescreening and interviews
- Elaboration of the short list of candidates and collaboration with the heads of departments for the completion of projects;
- Influence and guide hiring leaders to capitalize on best practices in hiring;
- Provide feedback throughout the recruitment process and inform both candidates and clients;
- Consult the business by understanding market factors, competitive landscape and alignment with customer needs;
- Acts as a mediator between Employment Managers and candidates in technical interviews;
- Be responsible for all stages of the process: job analysis, profile definition, budgeting, supply channel strategy, face-to-face interviews and evaluations, job offers, reporting;
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous relevant experience recruiting software development roles (3+y);
- Good knowledge of Boolean Strings on LinkedIn, Google, etc;
- Proficient in written and spoken English;
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends - is a plus;
- Ability to build credibility with hiring managers to consult and influence;
- Practical knowledge of methods of recruitment and selection of candidates;
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools;
- Extrovert personality;
- Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques;
- Must have a business focused attitude with good judgment and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to plan and organize activities
- Dynamism and creativity
- Good level of French and/or English
