The Role

For the growth of our Milan HQ we are looking for Recruitment Consultants who will be responsible for:

- business development
- defining recruitment needs and strategies with clients
- managing the client relationship
- candidate search, head hunting, selection and delivery activities

The Person

We are looking for animated and proactive professionals, business oriented and able to deliver great levels of service to our candidates and clients.

Main requirements:

• 1-3 years general work experience a in client facing role.
• sales attitude
• used to working in a fast-paced  environment
• interest in technology
• interest in Recruitment
• fluent or very good written and spoken English
• curious and ambitious person, strong interpersonal skills, likes working in a team,
