We are currently expanding our operation in Spain due to continued growth and are looking for Senior Consultant to be based in our established and successful office located in the centre of Madrid.

THE ROLE
Our senior recruiters typically have 3+ years’ experience in a commercial environment with varied backgrounds.
Successful Consultants will work within a specific discipline, and we are growing our teams.
Due to our location, we are seeking Senior Consultants who have a good working knowledge of both Spanish and English for international business.

This is a sales-oriented role where you are expected to make a high volume of quality telephone calls, proactively developing client business and sourcing suitable candidates for specialized job roles. Our Senior Consultants are given full responsibility for both the client and the candidate relationships. We believe that by giving 360-degree responsibility to the managing consultant the client receives the best possible service and consultancy

+3 years’ experience as a recruiter consultant with experience in HR Roles

Fluent in Spanish and Englis

Very good communication and people skills
