IT Service Desk Application Manager

Main function

Ensuring the smooth operation and constant further development of the IT systems and applications in the internal service desk

• Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Change Management
• Conceptual further development of business applications in responsibility for IT service desk and HR systems
• Conception and cooperation in the field of IT Security + Awareness training
• Sub-project management and participation in setting up a new IT service desk and HR system solution
• 2nd level support and management of service providers and outsourcing partners
• Coordination and management of the internal and external IT service providers around "shop opening" and support

What will make you successful

• Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of the processes and fundamental technologies ITSM suites
• Methodological know-how in the areas of project management (e.g. agile methods, Prince2, PMI, IPMA) and IT service management (ITIL) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of IT and data security
• Service-oriented and communicative personality
• Independent work and "problem solver mentality"
