IT Service Manager - Brussels, Belgium

SalaryApprox 400 eur/day depending on experienceLocationBrussels, BelgiumIndustryInformation TechnologyJob DescriptionWe currently have a vacancy for a Service Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- System Architecture consulting as well as Project Management consulting;
- Contribute to the timely delivery, deployment (installation/testing) and roll-out of system releases;
- Organizing and understanding a national import system
- Contribute to the creation, implementation and maintenance of Service Level Management and Security artefacts.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with 7 years of IT professional experience;
- Experience in service management as well as service management tools- and methodologies;
- Knowledge of EU customs & importing customs in a national import system;
- Knowledge of EU ITIS;
- Good knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, SLA, OLA, SMT;
- Ability to produce minutes, notes, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules;
- Prior experience with an environmental project is an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
