The position will be based in Bucharest. Reports to: IT Manager.Home / Office flexibility time: 50% / 50%
Main requirements for previous experience:
- Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Windows Server)
- Networking and Security
- Hardware Troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement IT systems and policies
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support for the entire group
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests
- Review the use of technical equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to senior management
- Promote the latest implemented technologies
What you must have done already:
- 3-5 years minimum experience working in IT operations and overseeing large information technology projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, preferably also Office 365).
- Networking & security
- Firewall
- VPN & tunneling
- Hardware
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments
What is nice to have:
- Experience as a webmaster
- VoIP (Unified comms) – considered a plus
- Office 365
