What You’ll Do

• Maintain Windows/Linux servers, including backups, updates, recovery

• Configure and manage network equipment: firewalls, routers, switches

• Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support (setup, troubleshooting, software installs)

• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, VPN, email systems

• Monitor system health; detect and resolve issues in real time

• Evaluate and deploy new hardware and software to meet business needs

• Manage software licensing and maintain accurate inventory

• Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and warranty services

• Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incidents

• Train staff on IT tools and security best practices

• Support regional site rollouts and travel to on-site or field locations

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience

• 3+ years experience managing servers, networks, and endpoints

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking standards, and virtualization

• Experience with backup systems, firewalls, VPN, and cybersecurity fundamentals

• Familiarity with Office 365, mobile device management, and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)

• Proven troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network layers

• Effective communicator; capable of training users and collaborating with diverse teams

• Highly organized; adept at prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines

• Willing to travel to regional offices, field sites, and construction locations
