IT Support Analyst

Salary up to £25,000 plus great benefits!

Offices in Hayes

Duties:

• Provide 1^st and 2^nd level support to IT systems, services and end users
• Co-ordinate and plan the incoming tickets
• Ensuring the IT policies are implemented
• Play an active part in projects

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience within IT infrastructure and service
• Must be a clear communicator
• Self Motivated
• Microsoft Client/Server OS, Office 365, Cisco, ServiceNow, Dynamics AX
