Responsibilities:

• In charge of the Help Desk tasks(70% of the time) & Systems Admin (30% of the time) activities for client's US site and worldwide.
• Working in collaboration with client's IT teams in US and worldwide.
• Working hours US time zone 16:30-2:30IST
• Deploy new hardware and software.
• Setting up accounts and laptops for company’s employees 
• Monitoring a company’s systems with security the prime objective.
• Solve hardware and software issues on endpoints
• Explore and suggest IT solutions to fix a company’s challenges.
• Manage global vCenter environment  
• Configure switches, routers, servers, ESXs
• Administration of all servers and network (Linux, VMware, Windows)
• Managing Multimedia systems – Phones, TVs
• Managing global online meetings – Teams and Zoom
• Managing the SharePoint site – solid experience with SharePoint, permissions and sites management
• In charge of organization various applications – managing and maintaining
• Cloud: Manage AWS & Azure permissions

Requirements:

• Experience of 5 years of IT Engineer experience
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in an organization
• working hours US time zone 16:30-2:30IST
• Solid networking experience - minimum 3 years
• Solid virtualization skills – minimum 5 years
• Experience in networking and in virtualization
• Experience in Linux environment - Advantage
• AWS and Azure experience – 2 years
• Experience with Teams and Zoom – 3 years
• Experience with IS & SharePoint experience – Advantage
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
• Service-oriented approach (must!)
• Multi-Tasking, Very organized, responsible and devoted
