Our Company client, international fashion/luxury brand, is looking for a person to join the IT Team in Italy:
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – ENGLISH SPEAKER
The role will involve resolving user issues by phone, remote access and on site; deploying new devices (Computers, iOS devices, printers, etc…); managing active directory accounts; deploying Security patches; drawing up IT procedures for users; assisting IT Department in Projects deployment.
The role will be based in the Milano Head office (onsite).
Main activities
- Provide support and communication to 260 users;
- Qualify and resolve user issues in an accurate, timely manner;
- Configure and deploy new equipment (laptops, desktops, iOS Devices and printers);
- Debugging depending on applications/hardware errors. Testing activities for workaround or problem fixing in collaboration with Corporate IT Team and Stores’ Teams;
- Create “how to” guide for common end-users’ issues;
- Manage Active Directory accounts;
- Assist IT Department in projects deployment;
- Liaise with external suppliers, and Head Quarter IT teams based in Paris;
- Apply central IT Policy especially for the three pillars: Architecture, Governance and Security;
- Training to newcomers/new IT Key users in store.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Office Support knowledge (Windows, Office 365 application, Active directory);
- TCP/IP networking / Wi-Fi understanding;
- Good level of experience of users supporting;
- Understanding of IT processes apply to Retail is a plus.
- English at least B2 level
