Responsibilities

• Able to cope with hybrid way of working – 2 days/week from client's office in Bucharest Pipera.
• Technical Leadership responsible to define, lead and monitor team deliverables ensuring adherence to delivery methodology, quality and architectural principles, to deliver business goals and minimize technical debt
• Design and development of core application modules
• Participation in meetings with the customer
• Maintaining project technical infrastructure (continuous integration, automated deployment)
• Task decomposition and estimation
• Peer review, mentoring
• Bug fixing, test writing

Skills

Must have

• Excellent Java programming skills with focus on core Java technology
• Experience of developing micros services and container-based services
• Java and system performance tuning, messaging, persistence and distributed in memory caching technologies.
• Mentoring more junior developers
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Previous experience as team lead
